		In dealing with a customer’s order we aim to be efficient and transparent. The conditions how to order a vehicle are simple: our customer can send us requirements or official tender request and we would be glad to give a sufficiant offer, which will reflect all your needs to a reasonable price  information about the standalized models of emergency and rescue vehicles, super structures/ trailes and other transporters helps to find out the important features for induvidually converted vehicle, because working with our customers, we develop a vehicle that matches their personal requirements. There are different ways how you can get the right basic vehicle (van, chassies and others) for the required conversion. Please contact us! Nothing is impossible!
		Warranty
		Emmert Fahrzeuge grants warranties up to 4 years. We trust our customers! Original medical parts have the warranty ex manufacturer. The EU warranty by law are 12 months. Also basic vehicles have an original warranty granted by manufacturer. We always care for original warranty ex works. Thus the chain from importer to the customer will not break in case when you need any spare parts or any medical accessories.
		Financing
		For special purpose vehicles we grant special payment systems. You do not have to pay the total amounts in advance we also accept agreements with foreight leasing companies granting our customers a bigger financial playground. More information, please look Term of Payment.
